My work is charged by the hour.
I keep timesheets of all work done on your site and charge you via invoice, typically at the beginning of each month, or immediately after the initial creation of your site, and monthly thereafter for any maintenance, updates etc.
My payment terms are two weeks from receipt of my invoice.
Invoices are sent via email in .pdf format. If for some reason you wish me to post a hard copy via the post, I will.

Unlike many firms which will overcharge you and then disappear, I do quality work and am looking to keep you as a client for many years to come.
